Investing with Professionals

Crescent Wealth provides you with the opportunity to invest your Self-Managed Super Fund, Trust Fund or Savings into a range of competitive, professionally managed investment funds that comply with Islamic investment principles which are naturally ethical in value.

How managed funds work

In a managed fund, your money is pooled together with other investors. By pooling funds together, investors can gain access to a wide range of investment opportunities not normally available to an individual investor (e.g. in property, shares, cash, sukuk). An investment manager then buys and sells shares in businesses or other assets on your behalf using this pool of funds. You are usually then paid an income or ‘distribution/dividends’ periodically from the profits, benefitting from the growth in value or sale of the underlying assets.
