Crescent Wealth offers a range of investment opportunities in property that are managed ethically, in accordance with Islamic investment principles. Our funds invest in property trusts that are listed on the Australian Securities Exchange as well as real properties across Australia.
The Crescent Wealth Diversified Property Fund is available to retails and wholesale investors in Australia and invests in property trust securities listed on the Australian Securities Exchange as well as real properties and development opportunities.
The Investment Team
Crescent Wealth has appointed Freehold Investment Management to manage the Crescent Wealth Diversified Property Fund. The Freehold Investment team is made up of highly regarded ex Goldman Sachs property investment managers, and has a proven track record in establishing and managing Australian property trust securities, listed infrastructure and direct property funds. Their philosophy is that both listed and unlisted markets are inefficient and that there is the opportunity to generate excess returns by capitalizing on these inefficiencies.
Who should invest?
The fund is suitable to those wanting to invest in Australian property with a professional and leading investment management team. Investors can invest directly, through self-managed super funds, family trusts as well as corporate entities.
