Fehraz Fallil

Fehraz is a strategic and commercially focused leader who joins Crescent Wealth’s leadership team with a track record of collaboratively driving business performance and transformational change across complex government and corporate environments for over 20 years.

In 2015 Fehraz was appointed General Manager – Financial Management and Treasury at Australia’s largest insurer (iCare), where he managed teams across eight schemes and shared services over seven years. Prior, Fehraz was Director, of Total State Sector Accounts and Systems at NSW Treasury, where he delivered financial reporting and insights for the state while managing all Treasury financial systems.

Fehraz has also held multiple roles with AMP, working his way up to Head of Financial Control, Insurance, Wealth and Superannuation in 2010, a position he held for four years.

An expert in formulating and implementing strategy, delivering outcomes in complex and challenging environments and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels, Fehraz is passionate about people and collaborating to deliver outcomes at scale and pace.

Fehraz holds a Master of Applied Finance, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
